Moving lava, and pools of their own

Nothing was wiped. A small update for builders and explorers.

• Lava flows. Hot streaks run, swirls swell and the crust bobs.
• Bog water moves. Ripples drift, duckweed sways, and now and then a bubble rises.
• A cave pool and a desert oasis. Caves and deserts no longer borrow the island's pond. The cave pool is dark, still water with glints of mineral and a wet edge. The oasis runs from turquoise shallows into deep blue. Both are in the F1 editor under their regions.
